BHEL, Tiruchirappalli a major Manufacturing unit having a workforce of around 9,000 employees is looking for Skilled Artisans in the following trades :
Fitter:- 160 Posts
Welder:- 71 Posts
Turner:- 62 Posts
Machinist:- 53 Posts
Blacksmith:- 2 Posts
Painter:- 2 Posts
Age Limit:- 27 years as on 03.03.2007 ( For age relaxation for various categories see details** below)
Qualifications:- Matric /SSLC plus National Trade Certificate (NTC) plus National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the respective trade of Fitter/ Welder /Turner /Machinist /Painter/ Blacksmith (Forging & Heat Treatment) with not less than 60% marks in both NTC and NAC for General and OBC candidates and 55% for SC/ST candidates .
Desirable : Working knowledge of Tamil
